Hi!

I’m Jessi Woinarowicz.

I know, that last name can be a tongue-twister! If you are not from northern Minnesota or Poland, it is pronounced 'Win-ah-raw-vich.' At 38, I thrive on bold coffee, Jesus, books, and, with three boys under 9, dry shampoo. In my professional life, I collaborate with driven leaders committed to uplifting and empowering others. At home, my husband, Matt, keeps me laughing and I take immense pride in being a mom to three wonderful boys.

Life's journey for me is all about connection, growth, love and humility. That's why I'm passionate about connecting with others and in 2020, founded Glaze and Grit podcast to share their stories. Within these pages, you'll discover why I see coffee as a communal experience worth sharing, my deep Midwestern roots and my desire to connect with people from all walks of life. Life's most beautiful and simple moments often occur beyond our immediate gaze, and I aspire to capture some of that beauty within these pages.
